Job Purpose

 

The IT Business Management (ITBM) team is responsible for ICE IT Program Management, providing oversight/governance of IT projects across all enterprise verticals including IT Systems, IT Platforms and IT Processes (Programs).   This role will help manage enterprise-wide projects, help support key IT programs/projects related to mergers and acquisition and ensure key initiatives of larger programs are delivered adding value to the firm over time.

 

Responsibilities

 

Project Management:

  • Work within global standards to manage initiatives through implementation
  • Contribute to developing suitable strategies and objectives
  • Coordinate cross-project activities
  • Partner with Business to develop and control deadlines
  • Apply change, risk and resource management
  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
  • Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
  • Prepare reports for program directors, committees and Senior leadership where necessary

 

Merger and Acquisition

  • Work within cross functional team(s) to integrate acquired technology, decommissions legacy systems as rapidly as possible
  • Migrate acquired networks and offices
  • Promote ICE standards and culture

 

Customer Service

  • Establish a healthy competitive atmosphere
  • Foster a sense of urgency around any project issues and quickly escalate or address appropriately

 

Knowledge and Experience

Core

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, CS or Business
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Domain server/desktop technologies (Windows Server, Win7/10, Active Directory, Exchange, File/Print services, Skype for Business)
  • Working knowledge of CSM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in IP networking and/or VOIP technology
  • Familiarity with ITIL for Service Delivery, Process Improvement and IT Governance
  • Mac and UNIX Familiarity

 

Project Management

  • 5+ experience with process governance, data analytics, and reporting
  • Experience implementing/managing enterprise-wide programs
  • Familiarity with software development, and common web application technologies
  • Data analysis skills including experience with MS Excel
  • Experience with common data analysis and visualization tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills using MS Word and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and work independently on multiple projects

 

Preferred

  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform
  • Hands on Windows Server, Workstation and Collaboration tools
  • Financial industry expertise
  • Master’s degree in a technical discipline or business management
  • Project management including integration of IT systems and workflows
  • Takes initiative to continually learn and enhance technical knowledge and skills
