Client Support Specialist

Job Purpose

The team is in charge of customer support for revaluation and market data clients. 

A significant part of the job is working with clients cross continent on queries regarding the market level and pricing valuation.

Resolving issues creatively by understanding the processes and resources of the company.

  • Monitoring risks to major clients' integration processes
  • Analyzing valuation disputes and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Escalating problems to operations, R&D, IT, account managers, product managers
  • Supporting clients in major companies analyzing trading positions in FX, Interest Rates, Commodities, Credit and Equity derivatives markets
Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or any other quantitative major
  • Ability to work day/night shifts, Monday to Friday, including holidays
  • Fluent English - MUST
  • Problem solving skills
  • Team player
  • Technical skills
  • Experience/interest in global derivatives markets/trading - an advantage
