Knowledge and Experience
  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or other related field; Master’s    degree is a plus
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, talent management, learning and development, or other applicable business support role
  • Current knowledge of state-of-the-art learning and development methods as applicable to corporate environments
  • Proven experience in corporate learning and development role within a globally-dispersed professional organization; strong curriculum building background
  • Ability to manage start-up learning function including assessing needs, addressing learning gaps, and creating content applicable to unique technology environment
  • Hands-on L&D approach; ability to create and deliver learning content as individual contributor
  • Excellent presentation skills to audiences ranging from employees to C-level executives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Professional certification (CPLP) a plus
