Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of human resources leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR planning and resolving complex employee relations issues 
  • Experience in human resources in a highly regulated environment (such as finance) preferred
  • Working knowledge of human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis and development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal, state and local employment laws
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to translate business strategies into actionable human resources initiatives
  • Proven track record of working closely with business leadership to effect change
  • Some travel required: 
    • 25% travel if in NYC
    • 50% if in Atlanta
