Job Purpose

ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, presents multiple, unique opportunities for a full-time Global Relationship Manager (GRM) to join a team responsible for managing a set list of clients on a global basis across ICE Data Service’s full line of product suites. The GRM will work with local sales and account management colleagues to assure global coordination with ICE Data Services largest relationships.  The GRM will be responsible for growing and maintaining revenue within their territory across all of ICE Data Services.

This role is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual who relishes being at the forefront of business activities and thrives on their own successes and those of the team. A strong communicator with a solid technical background and good knowledge of the market data and trading environment from a content, technology and networking perspective is required.   We seek someone with polished sales, pipeline management, territory management and closing skills who is highly motivated with the ability to think on their feet, from both a business and technical perspective.


  • Exceed annual sales quota
  • Exceed annual revenue retention
  • Manage territory and work closely with other members of the relationship team to identify and close new opportunities along with maintaining current revenue
  • Manage and develop strong client relationships
  • Work closely with the others outside of sales to provide feedback on any client, prospect or partner requirements
  • Daily CRM and pipeline management

Knowledge and Experience

  • At least five years sales experience with a focus on financial markets (specifically market data) and ability to consistently exceed individual sales quota
  • Knowledge of accounting, trading, compliance, risk and post trade portfolio valuation uses cases
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Competent CRM-Salesforce skills
  • Proficient in pipeline management and forecasting
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Solid track record of sales wins
  • Previous experience working within a data/software vendor, exchange or trading firm
