Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing analyst/engineering level staff
  • 3+ years of hands-on technical experience managing MS desktop/server technology, network and VOIP
  • Familiarity with MACs and AV in a corporate environment
  • Experience using IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow
  • Leadership and solid communication skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience working in an Exchange/Trading Facility or Financial Services
