Job Purpose


ICE Bonds is a leading provider of electronic fixed income trading solutions that provides firms with access to centralized liquidity and automated trade execution services. From inventory and order management to back office and clearing, our STP-enabled platforms allow systems to connect across the life of the trade to streamline processes and regulatory reporting.  Comprised of three leading fixed income electronic trading platforms, ICE Bonds allows clients to view and execute transactions in a broad array of fixed income products.


ICE Bonds is currently conducting a search for a Manager, Risk and Analytics.  Reporting to the Director of the department, this position is a full time role supporting the ICE Bonds business in risk management and reporting.  The successful candidate will work closely with senior management of the business on a daily basis.



  • Monitoring of the various risk exposures of the ICE Bonds businesses, including risk reporting and intraday exposure monitoring
  • Assisting in the development of risk processes and procedures, regulatory documents, and other related risk policy statements and risk reports for key ICE Bonds stakeholders
  • Defining business requirements and clear specifications for development, upgrades and enhancements to ICE Bonds risk infrastructure
  • Contributing to ad-hoc requests for development and solutions in time-critical situations
  • Managing interactions with the Financial, Operations and IT departments within ICE


Knowledge and Experience

  • At least 7 years’ work experience, including 5 years in a risk or audit position within a financial institution
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to articulate complex concepts to management teams and key stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of fixed income markets, including what drives market dynamics and financial risk
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Microsoft Access and Oracle experience is desirable
  • Must demonstrate quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree required in accounting or finance
