Job Purpose

Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE:ICE) is seeking an experienced and strategic marketer. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the development of integrated brand, acquisition and retention marketing strategies across our fixed income offerings.

 

Objectives include supporting the marketing strategy and driving the execution of all initiatives to raise awareness, acquire new customers and retain existing customers of our fixed income services across ICE and ICE Data Services. Lead strategy and execution in EMEA and APAC regions to expand our brand presence and drive revenue generation.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify business priorities and develop a measurable marketing strategy for EMEA and APAC from strategic planning to implementation supporting growth targets
  • Define success metrics and achieving KPIs for the region; Oversee monitoring, tracking, reporting and analysis
  • Deliver programs to drive acquisition for Fixed Income propositions through targeted outreach aimed at growing new and existing business, and mitigating churn in EMEA and APAC
  • Create innovative and dynamic campaigns by leveraging proven tactics and data-driven results to achieve goals and maximize ROI
  • Manage workload and prioritize multiple request from various parts of the business
  • Support cross-sell campaign initiatives by driving strategy and leading execution efforts with a variety of stakeholders across the business
  • Activate the broader sales force with campaign support to drive revenue
  • Develop CRM and marketing automation expertise
  • Continuously learn about the markets served, competitive landscapes, key influences on the business and customer requirements
Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • Solid experience of working in financial services, technology or related B2B services industry with ability to learn quickly and continuously. Fixed Income experience preferred
  • Knowledge of key customer segments (banks, hedge funds, asset managers, etc) and their users & decision makers (traders, analysts, portfolio managers, etc.); proven success creating and executing multi-channel marketing programs based on customer data and analytics
  • Experience developing and executing against a regional marketing strategy
  • Exceptional writer with ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling stories for the marketplace; excellent verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong channel knowledge as it relates to B2B marketing with an emphasis on digital; ability to incorporate a variety of tactics (digital, social, email, events, thought leadership, etc.) into a cohesive strategy that drives ROI
  • Track record of results, including establishing and executing on strategic objectives in a dynamic environment
  • Sound professional judgment and ability to prioritize work under pressure and to multi-task competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration and organizational skills; ability to work with senior stakeholders and advocate for the customer
  • Ability to manage to budgets and to right-size initiatives based on requirements and constraints
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to adapt and learn
  • Experience with supporting global sales organizations
  • Salesforce & Eloqua preferred
