Job Purpose

ICE Bonds is a leading provider of electronic fixed income trading solutions that provides firms with access to centralized liquidity and automated, cost-efficient trade execution services. From inventory and order management to back office and clearing, our product suite easily integrates with existing systems. Fully automated and STP-enabled, it allows systems to connect across the life of the trade to streamline processes and regulatory reporting. 

 

Comprised of three leading fixed income electronic trading platforms, which include BondPoint, TMC and Creditex, ICE Bonds allows clients to view and execute transactions in a broad array of fixed income products through a suite of execution protocols, including:
  • Corporate Bonds
  • Municipals Bonds
  • Structured Notes
  • Agencies
  • Treasuries
  • CDs
  • Emerging Markets
We are seeking an experienced candidate to help deliver on ICE Bond’s strategic initiative to globally connect all fixed income participants under one centralized platform that provides execution choice, efficiency and transparency.  The role will include developing the business strategy for new features and functionality as well as assisting in identifying opportunities within existing client implementations.  The candidate will also coordinate with third party vendors to establish client integrations points into ICE Bonds execution platforms.  The role requires working closely with the internal business and development teams as well as key clients.  The candidate must have a solid understanding of client workflows and execution protocols.

This position will report to Sr. Director of ATS Platform and Product Management. 

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop ATS execution protocols and workflows
  • Coordinate with third party vendors to establish client connectivity
  • Manage and develop business and client workflow profiles
  • Coordinate product initiatives for new client integrations and key client enhancements
  • Development of business requirements for project work items
  • Sales Management Support – Coordination and communication on all new initiatives
Knowledge and Experience
  • 10+ Years of electronic fixed income domain knowledge
  • 5+ Years of user experience and front-end application workflow experience
  • Four-year bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, finance or accounting, or related discipline
  • Ability to understand business activities
  • Confident, self-starter who embraces change and enjoys working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and internal partners
  • Strong communication, presentation skills and work ethic
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience managing multiple activities and basic project management skills Financial Services industry professional with fixed income experience/knowledge preferred
