ICE Bond is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help facilitate the delivery of strategic project initiatives for the core Trader application and customized Broker/Advisor workstation and will report to the director of product management. The role will develop the business requirements for new features and functionality as well as assist in identifying opportunities in existing and new client implementations.  The role requires working closely with the internal business and development teams as well as key clients.  The candidate must have a solid understanding of client workflows, product functionality including front-end user experience and post trade integrations.

  • Manage a team focused on overall front-end customer experience and workflows
  • Coordinate product initiatives for new client integrations and key client enhancements
  • Manage and develop business and client workflow profiles
  • Development of business requirements for project work items
  • Sales Management Support – Coordination and communication on all new initiatives
  • Client support – Coordination of response to client queries and issues
Knowledge and Experience
  • 7+ Years' of electronic fixed income domain knowledge
  • 7+ Years' user experience and front-end application workflow experience
  • Experience managing multiple activities and basic project management skills 
  • Confident, self-starter who embraces change and enjoys working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and internal partners
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Four-year bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, finance or accounting, or related discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
